Peavey rockmaster pre amp problems

Hi,

Just bought a rockmaster preamp with a problem, the crunch and ultra channels have very little output. The clean channel soundlevel is ok.
Already tried different tubes. Does anybody have an idea where to look?

Someone already said it at Peavey, but you probably have loop jack issues. PLug a spare cord from send to return on the FX loop jacks for each channel. One at a time.
