Ampeg SVT-6 Pro reading +64vdc on the speaker output.

This Ampeg SVT-6 pro's output was completely blown. I rebuilt both the top and bottom amplifier circuits to see if I can revive this thing. Now I'm getting a +64vdc reading on the speaker output. The relays don't seem to be kicking in adequately. It sounds like one of them is trying to kick in but can't. The other doesn't respond during power up. What could be the problem? Thanks!

Can you give us a better idea of what you found "blown" and what you have fixed?

Are all of the power supplies up and running to stated values?
