Hey all. I posted this in schemmie requests as well but thought I would post here. So the 2 15s work well but not the horn. I took it out and tried it on another amp and it does work. Any help would be MEGA AWESOME! Thanks for looking. I have ohmed the wires from said horn and they are a short so its not the wires.

According to the owner's manual ( available from Harbinger ) these cabs have a class G amp for the LF section and a standard discrete amp (hence no IC) for the HF section. The latter probably shares the lower voltage rails with the LF section amp.
In these cases, the power amp itself is not necessarily the culprit. The problem may also be in the active crossover/limiter section that sits in between the input and the power amps.
The circuitry in these systems tends to be fairly straightforward, if you have the necessary test equipment (multimeter, scope, signal generator, and possibly a dummy load) and some experience you should be able to figure it out without a schematic.
If you do not have test equipment or sufficient experience, a schematic will not be much help. In that case, leave the job to an experienced techie. It'll be quicker and probably cheaper.

I indeed have all those requirements. Both the test equipment and 10 years working with both through hole and surface mount components. 0603 packages and smaller. Been repairing amps for about 7 of those. Its always easier with a schemmie but I know this is puttin his tit in a wringer having his horn down. Thanks man.
