Aguilar DB750 trouble!

Hi every one!

I have a DB750 and when i was at rehearsal with my band, in the middle of a song there was a very loud sound and everybody turns around and looked at me, i don´t know what it can be? A few days after that i went back to our rehearsal place and record a lite film on my phone and that was the last time i got sound out of it, so if someone can look at the film and figure out what it can be?
