    Gooooooodddddd
Just in case, turn in on one last time with limiter, then connect speaker, then play a little music.
Just 1 or 2 Watts, where the bulb barely flickers with audio, you don't want it to shine bright.
If all looks fine, I bet we are fine, and it's safe to connect it without lamp limiter.

Sorry one more question when I was doing all the testing I had a 1/2 fuse in their and when I took it off the limiter and plug it in the 1/2 amp fuse blew. It should have a 7amp fuse is that normal ? I didn't want to put a 7amp fuse in and cause damage. Thanks for any help

1/2 amp is cutting it close, as far as start up surge goes.

7 amp is for full power, into a load.

If you simply want to see if it holds a fuse, try a 1 or 2 amp.

If the lamp limiter briefly lit strong & then dimmed, you should be o/k.

Try it without a load at first, while checking the output for Vdc.
There should be very little Vdc.

Ok I put a 2amp fast acting fuse in and it blew so I put it back on the limiter and on the out put I 149.5 MV . The back send and return effects I don't have the them hooked up inside the amp does that matter? Thanks
