      Epoxy. Good ol' JB Kwik. Just a dab or 3 smooshed down into the gap between glass and base. Also for re attaching broken locator keys on octal tubes.

      I find Krazy Glue - thick - to be useful for many things but seems too brittle for these applications. But if it works for others, no problem!
      This isn't the future I signed up for.
