This trick sometimes works. Get a portable AM radio and tune it to between stations so all you hear is background noise. Does it pick up the ticks?

I tried in another room but same is there. Clock noise persist but only if guitar cable is connected in the amp with or without guitar, guitar effect ect... When the amp is powered on but without inserted cable it's totally quiet. I'll try to check the amp in another place away from my house. Thanks for suggestions

Have you tried a really short 6" 12" cable + guitar combination? (not for gigging, obviously ) If the cable is acting as antenna, then the short cable might reduce the ticking enough to verify that the interference is external. If it still won't get loud enough, it's probably broken. - Steve Conner
