Eico 667

I realize this isn't an amplifier question, but I figured someone here might be able to help me with this. My Eico 667 stopped giving me a read-out on the meter when I do a merit test on a tube. I can hear it loading the tube when I hit the merit switch, but it doesn't give a read-out anymore. Where do I start?

Thanks Jazz! That manual is much better than the one I got with the unit. I did end up opening it up earlier today and cleaned the merit switch contacts and a few others. Back together and working again. I do appreciate the link for the manual. I've got some reading to do now.
