You might try contacting Samick, they have a US corporate presence, but I've never seen any Samick schematics floating around.

Thank you nashvillebill, I tried to contact them several times without any response. I will keep trying to do so, but I am not to confident.

The other possibility, though it's a long shot: Samick made a lot of their guitars and pianos for other folks like Ibanez. This amp may have been marketed under another company's name as well, so searching some other schematics may turn up something similar. Is this tube or solid state? If tube, what's the tube complement?

In case you don't have it, their TN Headquarters # is (615) 206-0077. I've had mixed luck with them. They seem to be lacking documentation on some of the older stuff. I'm not sure the age of this model.
