  • Looking For Egnater Tweaker 15 PT Specs

Looking for advice from some of you who may have had one go bad... Anyone find a good replacement?

    MM is $185.

I would like to know what no-load voltage to go with or any of the original tx's specs for that matter.

Thinking of getting a set of Edcors... I would like to run EL34s and try some KT66s too. Maybe change the OT primary if upgrading.

Is this circuit worth the trouble?

Hi I just replaced one for a uk client two weeks ago. Egnater who were very helpful could offer a replacement for about 90usd and MM for 185 as you say. My client went for the MM and it was an easy fit although it wasn't a wire for wire replacement as the wire colour coding and voltages were a bit different on the primary. I couldn't figure out how to maintain all the possible voltages on the selector switch so it was just US and Europe which is fine for some of us.

Amp sounded lovely once back in action.

Borrowed one from a friend... Took some measurements for future reference.
