Bugera 333xl no sound on the crunch channel !

Ok here is what I got ugera 333xl. All channel's light up as should.The clean channel is working right and the lead channel is working right.But the crunch channel when turned on has no vol to it. You can hear it a little but no change if you turn vol or gain up. If anyone can help please let me know thanks for your time.

I had it sent in to a Repair shop the front panel board was bad at the channel switch.
