Check AC volts across power transformer primary (or across C214). If not there check power outlet, cord, switch and fuses again.
If OK, check power transformer secondary for AC volts between P209 and P210. If nothing the power transformer is probably dead.Experience is something you get, just after you really needed it.

Pilot light works off AC from low voltage heater supply bridge rectifier D206-D209. Check the AC leads from the transformer and make sure you have AC voltage there going to the bridge rectifier and DC voltage coming out. Maybe a bad power transformer if no fuse blew there. Make sure all the ground paths there are good though connectors or ribbon cable.
