Back at it here, left the amp on for many hours, although not being played, the voltage went from 12.5v to 12.4v.
Even though it wasn't much of a loss of charge, I would think that plugging in the charger would turn on the charging LED, but it didn't. The LED still just flashes on then off.

From where I'm sitting, I still don't know if the charger circuit is working or not or if the batteries are still good or if the charging light is working correctly or not.

There is a cause and effect here, but you need to figure out what the cause is before you can change the effect. If the LED circuit IS working correctly then there may be a problem with the charger circuit. If the charger circuit IS working there may be a problem with the LED circuit. If both charger and indicator circuits ARE working, the batteries may be bad.

Plug a radio or MP3 player into the amp and use it to play music in the shop for a day. Get the batteries to discharge at least a volt or two. Then plug in the charger and see if the light stays on. Whether it stays on or not, take voltage readings on the battery pack: discharged, while charging and after charging.

With the voltage readings, you will be able to see which circuits are working and hopefully which ones are not.
