    Man...what an oversight. Wired it correctly and everything else is fine. g-one, you are the man! The heater voltage is the last place I would have thought of to look. Thanks for the nudge. I owe you a Canadian!

      Apparently one of the last places I thought to look as well.
      Canadian is owned by coors now, could you make that a Moosehead?

        It's a huge mystery and a pet peve to me why these transformer companies don't stick with the traditional color coding for the lead wires. It's not like there were a lot of added taps or extra windings that used up the available colors. At least they published a diagram that showed the wiring they used. Some transformer companies don't even make the diagrams available.
