So the customer using phones has been verified as the cause of the fuse blowing?
If so, you might want to check the owners manual for a minimum impedance rating on the phones output. Some phones are much lower than 100ohm.

If it's a school, then anything goes. Could have been trying to drive an ext. speaker cab with it.

That's the reason why I have to chat with the music teacher tomorrow.....to see exactly how they are using this amp.....I will let you know what she tells me......
                  Cheers,

Ok...Back again. Was talking to the music teacher and was told that they don't use the headphone jack....nor do they use the sub or line out........Just a microphone and a keyboard.......SO I ordered more replacement fuses but could only get 160mA "T" fuses....so I will put them in and then run the amp for a few days as the school will be closed for a week for Easter......(The kids these days don't know how lucky they got it...I can't close for Easter.....I am lucky if I can get a Sunday free).....Anyway, I shall keep you guys posted....Thanks to everybody that helped out here....It is much appreciated.....
                    Cheers,
                    Bernie

The fuses arrived the other day......T160mA.....That was the only rating I could get and I had a bunch of other things to order as well and didn't want to pay for two different shipments.....Put them in and so far so good.....I'll run it for the rest of the week just to make sure.......Hope your Easter was a good one...(some people around here treat it like Christmas).....
                      Cheers....
