    You can further isolate the HT fault by lifting the dropping resistors along the HT supply. Start with R28, work your way back through R27, R35, and R82.

      check the catch diodes D9 & D10, if one of these is no good, this may cause your HT problem

        Not getting paid by the hour. The amp is really crammed in there and it would be extremely labor intensive.

        VHT wouldn't give me a schematic but they referred me to a factory service center not too far away.

          Hey! Hate to bump an old thread, but I have the same amp with the exact same problem. Did you ever figure out what was wrong?
