G-Dec display

Anyone replace the display board on a Fender G-Dec?

A friend is a fender dealer, and they told him it was unavailable?

Looks very easy to replace.

The Gdecs are an inexpensive series. Fender replaces them under warranty rather than pay for repairs. SO they have not stocked repair parts for them. I am sure it is easy to do, but untol production stops, getting parts for non-warranty repair will be iffy. Find a dead one and rob the part.

Oh well, more throwaway crap.
The display is easier to replace than most multimeters!
