Hello - I have a noise problem with my Allen Accomplice (basically a BF Deluxe Reverb circuit). It's been going on for a few years now, and it's driving me crazy.
It makes a kind of buzz under the note when a B or Bb is played (open second string or the note below it, but it's more prominent when I play the eighth or ninth fret of the fourth string). The noise almost sounds like a ring modulator that drops in pitch, and it's also there, to a lesser degree, under the B or Bb notes an octave down. So far I've replaced all the tubes (one at a time), tightened every fastener, replaced the speaker, and disconnected the reverb - nothing seems to make a difference - I even gooped the filter caps. Does anyone have an idea about what might be causing the noise? Thanks!
