  • Hammond output transformer help

    Hello folks,

I have a dead Hammond OT that came out of a vintage Traynor YGM-3. The original part is A1339. I found a replacement model from Hammond (part 1750S) that is supposed to be same spec and drop-in replacement.

    (see spec sheet attached)

The problem is price and availability. I can't find one and a special order through a US distributor is $187.00 No thanks.

Is there a suitable replacement out there from another quality brand? I can't seam to find anything but maybe someone could point me in the right direction. It is 25w with primary imp of 5.1k CT with 8-ohm secondary.

    Thanks for the help

Check with Yorkville or a yorkville dealer for the version the used in the re-issue. It's the same spec. They use the original part # A1339. They show the price as $87CDN :
