Behringer PMP1000

I have a Behringer PMP1000 powered mixer that had a failed output board.

I am in need of the manufacturers part# of IC4.

It drives the mosfet drivers. (IC1)

The schematic indicates HCA4001, which I can not find any info on.

The output board is a DPA300.

I don't have a data sheet, but I do have a couple dead ones, which ought to yield a good IC.

I have repaired a number of these DPA300 Class D boards..

Output mosfets, a steering diode or two & the IXDD404 on a few. (replaced by the IXDD604 by the way)

I never had trouble with this IC4.
(I do now)
