Traces normally do not open unless excess current goes through them.

So, I went around the board checking the connections between traces that had been slightly darkened from excessive current and corrosion and found another trace that wasn't connected. The corrosion I think came from the amp being store at a beach house.
Now the amp is sounding a lot better.
