The reverb on this head sounds good when it's all the way down, then as you turn it up the volume drops and it gets swampy - real bad. I've swapped out some of the e-caps in that section because the sound was fading after 15-20 seconds, and it doesn't seem to be doing that now but it's unusable (and was before the cap swap) if you turn it up at all.

He's like a new set of strings... he just needs to be stretched a bit. -
Try disconnecting the reverb pan output.
If the problem stops, the issue is in the output circuit.
I don't have that schematic but there is a piece of it here (http://vintageamps.free.fr/K100-2mod.jpg) which shows the output stage voltages.
