line 6 spider iii 15 no Power

I have a line 6 spider iii 15 I gave to my buddy and he told me it wont power on? So far I tried different power cords and the fuse is good. Looking for any info or where to go next . Thanks

Before you do anything Google the owner's manual and follow the instructions for a hard reset (reset to factory) which involves holding down several buttons whe you plug it in. If that doesn't work you are going to have to trouble shoot it.

So reset it and some the light were on but its odd I have sound only with headphones. So I cleaned the headphone jack but still no luck any idea? Thanks

There may be a break in one of the headphone jack connections.
