Need help with Fender Ultimate Chorus - one amp side dead

Maybe I jumped the gun... CR32/33 look fine according to your vdrop measurements. The skewing of Q9 base is most likely CR36. Which threw me off as I thought the base of Q9 couldnt be that high if CR32/33 were ok. But they seem fine and its the "pulling" towards the negative rail that's the issue.

I'm stuttering here...no sleep. Someone pls be more eloquent.

You're fine Lol. I figured I might have to shotgun that section. I've got replacement parts ordered and will report back in few days. Hopefully it will take care of the problem. Thanks again to everyone for chiming in!
