Egnator rebel 30 channel switching problem

I see.
Opened it up again, the emitter of Q1 has 12.6v steady. Little high. Ran the amp for several hours
switched channels many times without a problem.
I going to send it on it's way.
Thanks JP for the help. If it comes back I now have a better idea of how this part of the amp works.

Well it certainly helps to have actual voltage measurements,

Rather than from Post #12: "Q1 Now has even higher voltages on each leg. Something like 15v 13v and 15v. I still don't quite understand
why there is voltage on all of them."

12.6 Volts on Q1's emitter sounds like the circuit is functioning.
