Are replacements available anywhere? The part number is 98850600 and I looked around, even on *bay and don't see any. I would call Peavey but they're closed now.

I always obsessively insist "pamper the PCB" because it IS the amp, what make it that one and none other.
Think of DNA if you wish.
All other parts can be bought over the counter and replaced.
Try that with a PCB ... any PCB.
At most, *a few* Pro Power Amps offer full (populated) PCBs for instant guaranteed repairs ... at prices which will make you cry, often 60% to 80% price of a NIB full amp.
Somebody here paid GBP320(over 400U$) to repair an Peavey box mixer, which probably can be found on Craigslist for less.
In your case, there's 2 options:
a) burnt PCB is a sub-module, with power tube sockets and not much else.
In that case you may junk it, and wire regular chassis mount sockets and maybe a couple terminal strips for a couple extra parts .
2) it's a huge "all inside" PCB ... in that case I'd plain junk it, and mount a Ceriatone/Hoffmann/whatever classic board, reusing chassis, iron and sockets.Juan Manuel Fahey

Heck, I've seen a lot worse than that.
I deem it repairable.
As far as I can see you have one lifted trace & some burnt stuff.
Scrape off the burnt carbon & run a few selected jumper wires.

I'd count my blessings if someone told me the board was burnt up and that was all I saw inside. Cut away the cancer, and just hard solder wires to take the place of the destroyed ribbon connector stuff.
And even if the board were totally burnt to a crisp, instead of etching a new board, I think I would just mount four sockets on the chassis and hard wire the things. The board is nothing but the four tubes and the resistors to support them. Add a couple flyback diodes and a few tiny caps and there you are.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
