Trying not to walk away from Mark Bass Little Mark Tube 800 repair

Oh now I see, I thought there was debris from a leaf inside the unit. C106 is exploded. Guessing this has to do wit RG7 L7809 9V regulator?



Sadly I am just an MBA in training and will find it hard to understand what is going on without a schematic unless some kind fellow chimes in
