Gk mb150s not powering on

Hey guys
I picked up a used gk mb150s for dirt cheap.
Hooked up and it won't turn on.
Power is going in but being a switch mode ps, i have no idea what's next.
I looked around and I can't find any schematics for the ps.
Ordering a new one is not an option as the shipping cost is unbelievable.

Any help would be appreciated

Start from the beginning: *where* are you?

Proper answer depends on that.

Wonder why almost nobody outside USA fills that field when signing up.

Notice: "Earth", "3 r S" (third rock from the Sun), "somewhere" , etc. , are useless.

Those power supplies are very dangerous, they directly rectify and filter the mains power. And the circuitry on the primary side shows a "ground" connection, but it is really to V-, which is -165v to earth. You cannot connect a scope ground to that "ground".

If the SMPS is not firing up, first make sure mains voltage is getting into it. is there mains voltage across the switch? across the bridge rectifier? Are the two main filters charged up?
