Where to get Engl pots?

I've got an Engl Powerball here and both of the master volume pots are scratchy and have dead spots. They're Alps snap in type, 1 Meg Linear pots. I've checked Mouser, Digikey, and Newark but no one has them. I'm trying to avoid going directly to Engl for them, as I hear they're slow as Christmas to respond to customer requests.

Post a couple pictures and measurements, they might be available as generic pots.

Sometimes "custom/branded" pots have some custom extras, often some kind of "mounting wings" , but diameter, shaft and specially leg separation are relatively standard; in that case one or two "wingless" types won't compromise a PCB stability.

Here in Argentina I don't even dream about "original pots, "so I use regular ones, and keep some brass or "alpaca" (German silver?) wire (the kind used by hippie type street "jewel" makers), scratch pot body sides and solder my own supports (coupling pot body to original PCB wing holes) , works like a charm.

They are Marshall type right?

They are commonly available but only log taper in 1M that I'm aware of.
Deoxit is no help on current ones?
