Reaching out for some help. Schematic attached
The amp has very weak reverb (cranked to 10 sounds like 1-2 normal). I get tank crash loud and clear and buzz on the reverb out cable so am focusing on the V3 input side.
I have swapped in basically everything: new tubes (V3, V4), reverb cables, reverb tank, installed new reverb transformer with no change. These things I had handy from another clone build so could easy swap to try and isolate.
Looking at voltages on the schematic I am getting 3.9vDC on TP18 (V3 cathode) but tested R27 and C15 which are good. Really at a loss as to what is happening here. I appreciate a nudge in the right direction. Thank you.
