    It would be nice to know everyone is talking about the same circuit here.
    Please post the correct schematic.

        That's what I thought, I think km6xz must have a different version schematic. The parts he mentioned do not seem to correlate to this unit.

          OK Back on this after a long break.

          I've got the chassis pulled from the cabinet and so far I've not been able to reproduce the fault in my workshop (I cleaned the garage out - one of the reasons for the long break). I'm using the same speaker not my 4 x 12 this time as well.
          I'm thinking this could be heat related somehow (build up of heat within the chassis). How would your pro guys deal with an issue such as this? I mean I cant trace the audio signal through the amp is it's in the cab right? Put the hair dryer on the amp to raise the temp?
