      Well, the jack came in with a metal sleeve which is connected to the pin at the notched corner. The signal grounds on this amp all sit at about 100 Ohms above chassis ground, the only schematic I could find is posted above, but shows this point as PGND and GND. I'm not sure if it would be wise to use this metal shaft jack which would pull that point down to chassis ground. The output jack board is the same as in the schem, but the main board I have is 410-60-00. The schem is a 205-65-02.
      It's weird, because it WAS working fine.....

        Use the right (insulated) jack. I think your schematic is correct. It shows that the jack ring is connected to ground but not chassis. I can't find the chassis connection anywhere so I guess it's part of the missing power input section.

        Looks like you got caught out by the wrong image problem for the Switchcraft version. The pdf states the bush is nickel plated brass. I hate it when that happens. Here is the Switchcraft page
