No obvious shorts there. Also check resistance across speaker jacks for shorts.
I'll ask again, when the bulb lights, you have no load connected?

Correct, light bulb lights up with no loads connected to either output.

Low output resistance is 4.2k

Hi output. It's weird. If I put the probes on it, it will start out around 1.4M and then drop down. Then it will go to about 60k and stay around there.
