Watkins dominator no trem

Ok finally got the amp rebuilt using another schematic got good vol on both channels but no tremelo can anyone help steer me in a troubleshooting direction. I've pulled voltage.

V2 Pin1 120vdc Pin3 1.15vdc Pin6 186vdc pin8 1.15vdc
V3 pin1 238vdc pin2 49.5vdc pin3 77vdc pin6 249vdc pin7 50vdc
v4 and v5 pin1 12.4vdc Pin7 339vdc pin9 329vdc
V6 pin3 346vdc

I started a new thread as I'd gotten no replies to my last few posts on the old thread if I'm blacklisted please tell me

We don't black list anyone, just sometimes no one has anything to add.

V2B is your trem circuit, all the other stuff is doing other jobs. between pins 6 and 7 ar three 0,01 caps, are they new or proven not to be leaky? Between them are resistors to ground (includes the speed pot). Are any of those paths open? Make sure the footswitch is open.
