Alright the bass player in the band gave me this amp to try and figure out the problem. No sound, main fuse blown, smoke, and upon opening the top and looking for obvious problems I noticed an obvious problem. There are two huge caps (I believe 10000 uf) in the middle and one of them has the top blown off. Will this be an easy part to find and what could have popped it?

Could have failed on its own, but more likely it was fed AC by a shorted rectifier - check them.

10,000uf caps are in the market - try Digikey or Mouser.

WHile in there, check for shorted output devices.
