    Does anyone know where I can source a replacement jewel and holder for the above. Also what voltage is the pilot lamp

        It appears to be a 110Vac neon indicator. Although nothing is shown on the schematic.

          Peavey certainly does business in Canada. Call customer srevice at Peavey and ASK them where you would buy in Canada. They may or may not ship directly there.

              Oh, it is nothing custom. Look in the local hardware store or appliance parts store. 120v neon indicator should be available at electronics parts outlets like Mouser.
