It came to me blowing fuses. Then the PW4A 2 wire jumper to the output board burned off. All I can find is the flyback diode shorted but after checking the ohms in the output xmer, I wonder if the difference in winding readings is cause for concern? Any opinions?

Hot Deluxe III ? output xmer , reading 79 ohms &103 ohms to center tap. Is it bad???

I would say no cause for concern. They are not always exactly the same. I wouldn't have a problem firing it up after the obvious repairs are made and seeing how it works."I took a photo of my ohm meter... It didn't help." Enzo 8/20/22

It wouldn't bother me. They're always different DC readings - as the winding progresses more wire is needed per turn due to the progressively increasing diameter. It's the turns count that matters, not the resistance.
Use R.G.'s neon test to check your OT. Or build yourself a ring-tester if you regularly need to test OTs.
