NOTHING will tell you the health of a transistor or how stressed they were. They work or they don't. If they work, you have no way to determine if they are ready to blow from internal cracks or something. We try to determine which parts would have been stressed by the action of the circuit when other parts failed. That is why we often recommend replacing driver transistors when outputs fail, even though they "test OK." I know of no way to measure any stress that they may have suffered.
