    Hey Guy's,
I've ruled out the continuity of test point 8 & 9 and they seem to check out. I wasn't so sure if I properly checked the Speaker leads but I set my multimeter on 2000K and touched the red lead to the red speaker wire and the Black lead to the Black speaker wire with power applied and got a strange reading up in the 13 -15 ohm range. Does this indicate the possibility that the TDA 2030 maybe malfunctioning?

Set meter for DC volts. What is the reading?

Oh No! Never do that! Resistance readings should only be made with power OFF! That's a good way to blow up an amp. Only take voltage measurements with power on.

I put every thing back together and still no sound at all not even a crackle or hum(but power lights ON & Test Points are within range). What is the next most possible damaged part? Even the HeadPhone jack is dead.

Any rinky dink multimeter should measure DC volts. With speaker disconnected measure like you did in post #31 but with meter set for DC volts.

-0.00 and 0.00 That is the actual magnetic Voice Coil terminal of the speaker with power

I am getting -0.00 and 0.00 the meter fluctuates. I went through the entire DC voltage range beginning with 1000, 200, 20, 2000m, and 200m they all give me the same reading

I am pretty sure that was the D.C.voltage setting with the electrical power applied

The wires should be disconnected from the speaker and you should be measuring at the wires, not the speaker.
