Okay, I know why.
Messing around with my Clubman build I knocked off the input ground which was the ground for V1's filter cap.
All of V1 charged up to ~ 300v which was on the guitar also.
Got nailed 3 times before I figured it out!
Anyway, I changed the tonestack to a Fender type, so now the amp is like a Princeton on steroids.
I need to rework the phase inverter to cut down on some of the distortion.
