Signal bleed on channel 1 and 2 at volume 0 in red knob twin

Does anyone know why channel 1 and 2 of the red knob twin have signal bleed at 0 volume? I am experiencing this issue. Already changed all the filter caps an one stereo jack in front.

Check all the grounds in the preamp section. Especially the ground wires solder on the brass plate behind the pots.

Pots in the Fender the Twin aka Red Knob Twin amp are soldered directly to PCB.
