That is correct, and I just checked it with the meter set on the 200 ohms setting, I am getting 0.04 -0.05 Ohms

Close enough. For a 0.1 ohm resistor on a typical meter, that looks good.

O.K. Great, Thanks for verification on the Value. Now I am starting to feel more confident about troubleshooting and testing. My next wish list item will be a "Fluke" Multimeter and a Professional Solder Station.
