Sounds like a bad ground to me. Does the reverb add any hum to the dirty channel? (for dirt channel you should have gain low, vol. max.)

On Dirty channel, the reverb pot adds hum when turned up... but it's a different hum... higher. Probably 60hz, sounds like when you have an unterminated chord plugged into the input of an amp.
