Does anyone have a source or a work around for the 250K linear Vol pot with DPDT switch? Fender #0026044000. I got nothing. There are a couple of out of the way online places that come up in Google, but they don't actually have them.

Could you use a pot intended for guitar? It wouldn't hurt to have an audio taper pot there instead of linear, it is a volume control after all.
If the value isn't what it needs to be, slap a resistor across the pot to approximate the value you're looking for.
Also, might have to file a flat on the shaft to fit the "D" knob, more bother. What my days are made of...
This one might be a candidate:

I believe it means 30% of resistance at mid point. Other tapers I see are like A5 where yes 5% of resistance at mid point. A10, A15, whatever they wanted.
I'll have to dig it out. Looks like this one:

Enzo, try to find me a Hello Kitty Strat when you're digging through all that stuff. j/k. but i would drive over for one of this ginormous Tek tube scopes..."Stand back, I'm holding a calculator." - chinrest
"I happen to have an original 1955 Stratocaster! The neck and body have been replaced with top quality Warmoth parts, I upgraded the hardware and put in custom, hand wound pickups. It's fabulous. There's nothing like that vintage tone or owning an original." - Chuck H

Was just at the old place last week, sold a bunch of arcade games. It seems someone has broken in and stole those old Tek scopes. They stole a lawn mower, a compressor, and some tools, but I was surprised thieves even knew what scopes were. They left the extra plug-ins that were on the shelf. They left the arcade videos and pinball machines alone though.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

If you need to file an insurance claim for that stuff you can list me as a buyer who was looking for the scopes."Stand back, I'm holding a calculator." - chinrest

At this point, gone is gone.
Interestingly (to me) as my customer and I were moving arcade games out of the garage and into his truck/trailer, we had a visit from the State Police. I quickly offered my ID which still had that address on the front. (My COA was on the rear side) Said I was the owner of the property. Too bad they didn;t stop by when the thieves were there. My customer is a former sheriff's deputy, but we never got as far as having to show his ID. I had volunteered mine. I know the guy ran me as he sat in the driveway in his cruiser a while before leaving.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
