Super Sonic auto bias failure

Not sure what to make of this. There is a thread here that didn't seem to go anywhere.
Fender Super Sonic Twin automatic bias failure

All 3 bias led are on. GREEN ORANGE RED.

Grid bias is -77v. Anyone dealt with this before? Here is a schematic. Sounds like a turd... like it's biased very cold... which...it is.

I would get a price from Fender on the microcontroller board (bias) pg.5 of schem. before doing anything more.
You can check connections to that board, but if the owners not prepared for the cost of a board swap I wouldn't spend much time on it.
