Popped yet another Buss 440mA in my Fluke. This time I didn't have a spare, but I needed to get the amp out for the guy's upcoming gig, no time to wait for shipping. I thought about it and decided I'll have to be extra careful, but why not? I scotch taped a mini 500mA fuse to the big Buss fuse, and pressed it in place so it presses up against the side of the compartment, and voila! Back in business.

I've had to do similar things on my Flukes.
Then I found a bunch of the giant resistors at work, so I'm good now.Comment
