This is probably a silly question, but I need some feedback before I spend the money. I have a 3 year old 5E3 build with a Weber 02513 PT that has started instantly blowing fuses upon start up. It did this even with all the tubes pulled, so I totally disconnected the secondary wires. The fuse still blows instantly. Is it safe to assume that this transformer is toast? Thanks for your input!

Not yet, disconnect the PT primary wires too, just to make sure there is not some short in the primary wiring (power cord, switch, fuse holder, etc)
But probably toast.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
