I found a post by a guy that was having the same issue as me. it was a bad relay. so, which Rly would you suspect looking at the schematics ? RL1 on the eq page ?

none because you are not following a logical path.

You will have to troubleshoot.

Relay 1 was bad. Replaced it---amp works perfect now . Thanks to Pedro for trying to help me sort it !!
