hartke LH1000 Left channel slow to come on at switch on right ok

Hello . Both channels had 82k and 470uf. I have changed the faulty channel to 62k and 100uf like the schematic states for a earlier revision.
Both channel now come on at same time .

Well, the results at least now are the same, though why there's a difference is beyond me. I'm certainly willing to accept this latest change that yielded the desired results. Whew! Long one. Congrats!
