  • Help identifying this part...

    From a Carvin BX500, the top of this chip broke away from the lower half (where the legs are), looks like it burned. It looks to be some kind of power supply chip, on the chip itself, it reads "Q110 VA17". The schematic specifies FSDH0265RN, the part circled in red, Q803. Any help in tracking down a replacement would be awesome. Thx!

        It's a PS switching IC. Everything I can find says it's discontinued. The only place I could find it was on eBay from China, which is a bit risky. Maybe someone else knows of a source or a substitute.

        Edit: Looks like Tom beat me to the datasheet.

          that's it on the datasheet, I can get one from China on Ebay, can't find one anywhere else. Any ideas? Thx

              This product looks pretty identical to me, but have not gone through every parameter. It is in stock at Digikey for sure.
